We need temporary admin access to your Shopify or BigCommerce store, and admin access to your Google Merchant Center. These accesses are strictly governed by an NDA and revocable at any time. We systematically remove them after reinstatement.
If refused, we analyze the reasons, make additional corrections, and resubmit at no charge. If after two full cycles Google maintains the refusal, we evaluate DSA escalation. In all cases, the success fee (50%) is never invoiced if reinstatement is not obtained.
